2 Products & Orders

All products offered by BlueWave Foods are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an approved payment arrangement.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or in violation of these terms.
• Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance due to photography and packaging updates.
• Minimum order quantities may apply for bulk and wholesale orders.

3 Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Payment must be completed before goods are dispatched, unless a prior credit arrangement has been agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, card payment, and any other methods specified at checkout.
• BlueWave Foods is not responsible for any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion costs incurred by the buyer.

4 Delivery & Shipping

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria from our facilities in Abuja and Lagos. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, order volume, and logistics conditions.

• Delivery fees are calculated based on location and order size and will be communicated before order confirmation.
• BlueWave Foods will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the agreed timeframe but is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, weather, or force majeure events.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the agreed address.
• For export orders, additional lead times and terms apply. Please contact us directly for export enquiries.

5 Returns & Refunds

Given the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns unless the product is demonstrably defective or damaged upon delivery.

• Claims for damaged or defective goods must be made within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the buyer, or products that have been opened or partially consumed.

6 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to logos, product images, text, branding, and design — is the exclusive property of BlueWave Foods Ltd and is protected under Nigerian and international intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• Unauthorized use of our brand, trademarks, or product names may result in legal action.

7 Limitation of Liability

BlueWave Foods Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity.

Our total liability to any party shall not exceed the value of the order directly in dispute. We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond those required by applicable Nigerian law.
